OK Guys, this is information for your heart.

Coronary Artery Disease is also known as CAD. CAD is a result from plaque buildup overtime in your arteries. The plaque buildup is also called atherosclerosis. The biggest effect/problem of CAD is a low/bad supply of  oxygen and nutrients to your heart muscle/tissue.

The fatty plaques in the arteries can overtime , slowly block the coronary arteries, which in turn  slows the blood volume  that can flow through them , leading to tissue death of the heart muscle. Heart tissue cells start to die within 10 seconds after a coronary artery occlusion. The combination of  lack of 02 and  lack of energy availability to the heart significantly impairs the left ventricle in the heart. This will eventually lead to a heart attack.
